SUN FORGE, since inception in 1994, has steadily grown in to a full-fledged forging company over a period of 18 years, under the dynamic leadership of its M.D. Mr. Rajesh Kalaria. After having shifted to new spacious site and renamed as ‘SUN FORGE PVT LTD’ in 2006, it now incorporates a full-fledged Forge Shop, Heat-Treatment Plant, CNC Turning Center, Die Shop, Tool Room and a modern Testing Laboratory, under one roof. Spreads over a total area of 18290 SQ. Meter, and constructed area of 80000 Sq Feet. it has a built in capacity to produce 800 MT of forgings per month. Backed by fully dedicated management, energetic and competent work force, Sun Forge Pvt Ltd. is on its way to grow as a world-class Forging Company in time to come. This is possible only due to strict quality controls, dedication, sincerity and a sound management.

Materials being processed include Bearing Steel, Carbon steel, Alloy steel & Stainless Steel.

Quality assurances for all products is supported by Sun forge’s Total Quality Management system, certified by ISO/TS 16949: 2009.
